Chevrolet Corvette Convertible

White, with a sharper edge

In white, the Chevrolet Corvette Convertible’s low, open-top shape does the talking. It has presence at a hotel valet or outside a restaurant in Dubai Hills without relying on a bright paint colour. From the seat, the appeal is more direct: a V8 you can hear when the road opens up, and an automatic transmission that takes the work out of Downtown traffic.

It feels best when you have room to enjoy the drive, rather than a schedule full of short stops. Around Marina car parks and hotel entrances, take speed bumps and tight ramps slowly. This is a low sports car, and it rewards a little care in those everyday moments.

Make a day of the drive

This Corvette suits a couple spending time in Dubai, or someone planning a birthday drive with a good lunch at the other end. An early run towards Abu Dhabi, followed by time on the Corniche, gives the car a more fitting outing than sitting in traffic all afternoon. For a shorter plan, take Jumeirah Beach Road and make the drive part of the evening.

Pack with the small boot in mind. It has 2 seats and 2 doors, so it is a choice for travelling light, not for collecting a group from the airport. The white finish also works well if you want photographs that show the shape of the car clearly.

What comes with it

The white Chevrolet Corvette Convertible has a 6.2L V8 producing 495 hp, an automatic transmission and a petrol engine. It is a 2-seat convertible with a folding hardtop.
